What's Included:
Goodman GLXT7CA4810 Condenser: Goodman GLXT7C two-stage, high-efficiency air conditioner featuring a Copeland Ultra-Tech scroll compressor, ComfortBridge technology, and a quiet ECM fan motor. Goodman CHPTA4830C3 Evaporator Coil: Goodman CHPTA/CAPTA cased upflow/downflow/horizontal evaporator coil with internal TXV, all-aluminum construction, and an insulated, compact cabinet for space-limited installations.
Includes licensed and insured HVAC installation by professionals, along with the Install Kit for a complete setup.
Professional Installation:
Removal & haul-off of existing equipment
Installation of new equipment and all included parts
Refrigerant line connection, evacuation & charge to OEM spec
Full system start-up, airflow check & operational testing
Permit pulled and permit fees paid with the local jurisdiction
Final inspection and job-site clean-up
Performed by a licensed, insured HVAC contractor

Electrical & mounting disconnect, A/C whip, condenser pad
Refrigerant line filter drier, locking caps, ArmaFlex insulation
Drainage & PVC P-trap, full PVC fittings kit (couplings, elbows, tee, adapters)

This listing covers the equipment and standard installation scope above. The following items are not included unless specifically listed on your written invoice or estimate:
Electrical panel upgrades or new breakers beyond the conventional disconnect
Ductwork modifications, repairs, replacement, or new runs
New refrigerant line set (existing line set is reused when in good condition)
Condenser pad re-pour, raised platform, or hurricane tie-downs (standard composite pad is included)
Condenser relocation to a new exterior position
Crane or rooftop rigging for difficult equipment access
Gas line extension, re-routing, or new gas line installation
Condensate drain line rework beyond the immediate connection at the unit
Thermostat upgrades (standard thermostat reuse only)
Asbestos abatement , mold remediation, or hazardous material handling
Carpentry, drywall, paint, or flooring repair after installation
